Each lot will still meet 80 foot <br />lot width requirement for the Lynwood subdivision from Lennar on the property generally <br />located west of Armstrong Blvd and north of Bunker Lake Blvd, and legally described as <br />follows: <br />THE SE1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 20 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX E 466 FT OF N 466 FT <br />THEREOF, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information <br />will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a <br />request should contact Brian McCann at 763-433-9860 by noon on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. <br />Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br />distancing standards.
