Armstrong Delaney <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma gave a presentation recognizing the life and legacy of Loral I Armstrong Delaney, <br />a prominent citizen who died September 19, 2021, after a 2-year battle with cancer. He added Ms. <br />Armstrong Delaney was an award-wining trap shooter for over 6 decades. He noted the City <br />recently renamed Central Park in her honor. He noted the City sends prayers and deepest <br />condolences to the Armstrong and Delaney families. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich welcomed Monica Elicerio of Alexandra House and invited her to give <br />a brief presentation for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. <br /> <br />Monica Elicerio stated she is a community member as well as domestic violence survivor and <br />former client of Alexandra House. She expressed her gratitude for the City’s recognition of <br />Domestic Violence Awareness Month. She added Alexandra House has had a long-standing <br />partnership with the City of Ramsey in addressing domestic violence and sexual violence, which <br />has been on the rise.
