Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-173 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />WORKSHEET OF THE TROTT BROOK NORTH DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, on February 4, 2021, The Excelsior Group submitted an Application for <br />Sketch Plan Review for a 270 lot residential subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410 requires projects of this size to complete a <br />Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has considered and directed the <br />Applicant to prepare an EAW at their regular meeting on June 22, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes an EAW for the Trott Brook North <br />Development EAW. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of June, 2021. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
