Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #21-264 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE RIVERSTONE <br />ADDITION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET <br />WHEREAS, on September 8, 2021, Sotarra (the "Applicant") provided the City a copy <br />of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410 requires projects of this size to complete <br />a Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Applicant to develop an EAW in June 2022 <br />via Resolution #21-173; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has considered the draft EAW <br />as complete and authorized Staff and the Applicant to distribute the EAW under Minnesota <br />Rules Chapter 4410. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Trott Brook North EAW for <br />distribution and public comment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of September 2021. <br />Mayor <br />
