Trott Brook North Property, Ramsey Wetland Delineation Report <br />4.5 Request for Wetland Boundary and Jurisdictional Determination <br />Appendix A of this report includes a Joint Application Form for Activities Affecting Water <br />Resources in Minnesota, which is submitted in request for: (1) a wetland boundary and type <br />determination approval from the Lower Rum River WMO under the Minnesota Wetland <br />Conservation Act (WCA), and (2) delineation concurrence under Section 404 of the Federal <br />Clean Water Act from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE) along with Approved <br />Jurisdictional Determinations (AJDs) for Wetlands 1, 2, 3, 7, 7A, 7b, and 8 and the ephemeral <br />gully. <br />5. CERTIFICATION OF DELINEATION <br />The procedures utilized in the described delineation are based on the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual as required under Section 404 of the Clean Water <br />Act and the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act.
