Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to Adopt Ordinance <br />#21-13 Amending City Code Section 105-142 to add 2021 International Property Maintenance <br />Code; and waive the Charter requirement to read Ordinance aloud. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Heineman aye <br />Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.06: Adopt Ordinance #21-14 Amending Chapters 105 and 117 Regarding Swimming Pool <br />and Related Building Code Standards <br />Zoning Code Enforcement Officer Raines reviewed the proposed amendment of the Ordinance <br />related to swimming pools and spas.
