NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the awarded amount of $612,000 in LPP <br />funding through the FY 2023 Local Partnership Program (LPP) to pay for a portion of the <br />costs to extend Riverdale Drive between Llama Street and Bowers Drive, designated as <br />Improvement Project #20-05. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of September, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #21-267 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
