City Staff has given you extensions to complete the Land Use Application which is <br />incomplete at this time as no payment has been made for the application. The property has <br />continued to be in violation of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Section 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking sections <br />o (b) (1 through 6) Number of items, locations, and surfacing. <br />• City Code Chapter 117-351 — Home Occupation <br />o Home occupations require a permit, administrative or from City Council, for work <br />exceeding the parameters set by Section 117-351. <br />An administrative citation for $250 has been included in this letter. You have 14 days from <br />the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive a notice of abatement): <br />• Chapter 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking <br />o You are allowed up to 6 total items stored outside, including trucks, trailers, etc. <br />based on your acreage.
