WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan on April 8, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for Preliminary Plat approval and a Variance to <br />cul-de-sac length on May 5, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and recommended approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat and approved the variance on June 3, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved, with contingencies, the Preliminary Plat <br />on June 22, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 22, 2021, the City received an application for a Variance to wetland <br />setbacks on three (3) of the proposed lots in Williams Woods; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved a Variance to wetland setbacks <br />for Lots 3-5, Block 1 Williams Woods on July 22, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for Final Plat consideration on July 1, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for Williams Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Letters. <br />b. Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br />c. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />d.
