<br /> <br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-254 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SNOW STORAGE AGREMENT ON CITY OWNED LAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the “City,” owns various parcels <br />throughout the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City acquired Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Commons (the “Property”) <br />commonly known as the former Sunfish Express Gas Station Site on June 8, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Suntide Commercial Realty, at the request of the ownership group of Sunfish <br />Commons, requested that the City enter into a snow storage and parking agreement for the use of <br />a portion of the Property to store snow during the 2021-2022 winter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the request and the City Attorney has drafted a snow <br />storage agreement that does not include any permitted use of the Property for parking. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City hereby authorizes the City Administrator and Mayor to execute the Snow <br />Storage Agreement; subject to City Attorney review. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
