7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT #21-130 TROTT BROOK CROSSING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7:00 pm, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider the request of a Preliminary Plat of Trott Brook <br />Crossing (previously Trott Brook North) which includes a request to rezone Parcel D (from R-1 <br />Rural Developing to R-1 (MUSA) (80)) and a Comprehensive Plan Amendment request (to <br />reguide the parcel from rural developing to low density residential). <br />The Subject Properties are generally located between Variolite St and Nowthen Blvd, north of <br />Trott Brook and the Brookfield Neighborhood, and legally described after this notice in Exhibit <br />A. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person <br />with such a request should contact Brian McCann at 763-433-9860 by noon on Monday, <br />November 1, 2021. <br />Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br />distancing standards.
