<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-179 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2021-2022 CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC PLAN. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 18, 2021 and June 15, 2021 to update <br />the City Council’s existing Strategic Plan to guide key policy, planning and capital projects <br />for the next 12 months; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by consensus recommendation, the City Council directed Staff to <br />bring forward a final draft of the Strategic Plan for adoption <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City of Ramsey adopts the 2021-2022 Strategic Plan. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
