CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Review Proposed 2022 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce the proposed <br />2022 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges, Option 3. <br />Building Official Szykulski explained how permit fees are determined based on the 2017 fee table <br />which covers all types of construction and permits. <br />Mayor Kuzma asked if they would be covering the cost with the new rates. <br />Building Official Szykulski answered he would say they are covering their costs better because it <br />is an increase in fees.
