He confirmed that Java has done the research to ensure these uses would be <br />supported. He stated that utilities would be a large portion of the cost a c , perhaps there would be <br />opportunity to cost share the utilities portion of the project. <br />Chairperson Cords asked if the road utilities would have to be ins ith phase one. <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan replied that would depend on asing of the project <br />and how access is granted.
