<br />Commissioner Walker commented that the map shows a three-sidedprivate fence and asked why <br />that would not be four sided. <br /> <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl commented that is what was proposed by the applicant. <br />Mr. Danhreplied that the intention is to make that private for security. He noted that the adjacent <br />property already has a fence along that fourth property line. <br />Commissioner Gengler asked if the business is being relocated or whether this would be an <br />additional location. <br />Mr. Danh replied that this would be an additional location. <br />Motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to close the public hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Peters, VanScoy, Anderson, <br />Dunaway, Gengler, Peters, VanScoy, and Walker. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 9:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br />Commissioner Gengler referenced the fence and asked ifthis were to go forward to the Council, <br />would the fence be included or would that be separate. <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl commented that a fence permit would be required but another <br />hearing would not be required. <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy,seconded by Commissioner Peters, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #21-288 Granting a Conditional Use Permit for commercial auto sales <br />at 6740 Highway 10 NW. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Peters, Dunaway, <br />and Gengler. Voting No: Commissioner Anderson and Walker.
