7. That this Variance is restricted to the nine (9) approved lots in WILLIAMS WOODS; <br />should there be a future request to further subdivide any of these nine (9) lots, that would <br />be subject to a new or amended variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Bauer <br />Commission Gengler <br />Commission Peters <br />Commissioner Dunaway <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Commissioner Anderson <br />Commissioner VanScoy <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Commissioner Walker <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Planning <br />Commission this the 3rd day of June, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Citia„ <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #21-155 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
