Cotmci lmcmbcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08-XXX RESOI.UTION APPROVING 2~I~ AND FINAL PAYMENT TO INLAND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #04-33 ALPINE DRIVE/156TM AVENUE STORM SEWER PROJECT WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for #04-33 to Inland Utilities Construction in the amount of $33,350.00; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Inland Utilities Construction in the amount of $26,325.00. WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and ~'ecommends partial payment to Inland Utilities Construction in the amount of $3,000.00. NOW TIIEREFOP, E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ID\MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the City COuncil hereby authorizes partial payment to Inland Utilities Construction lbr Improvement Project #04-33 in the amount of $3,000.00. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or city Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of August 23, 2005. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
