(k) ttnci hncmbcr <br /> <br />__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOI, UTION APPROVING 5TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #04-30 RHINESTONE STREET BRIDGE <br /> <br />REDSTONE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-07-178 <br />~mthcrizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 12, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for EP <br />~04-30 to Redstone Construction in the amount of $999,279.30; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has insPected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of $237,321.60. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of $133,656.69. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Ols°n has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of $139,378.03. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal <br />recommends partial payment to <br /> / <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, Principal <br />recommends partial payment to <br /> <br />Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />Redstone Construction in the amount of $248,477.96. <br /> <br />Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work 'and <br />Redstone construction in the amount of $161,426.31. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RANIS EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partiat payment to Redstone Construction for <br />Improvement Project #04-30 in the amount of $16 i,426~31. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of August 23, 2005. <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
