Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Brauer to deny the request for a <br />variance in determining maximum allowable density on the Subject Property, based on the <br />fi ndi ngs o f lhct, and adopt Resolution #05-06-182 denying the variance request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, and <br />Ilcvinc. Voting No: None.
