That the Applicant has a primary garage of 484 square feet; the proposed accessory building <br />would be 1,760 square feet in size; resulting in a total of 2,244 square feet of accessory <br />building space on the Subject Property and an overage of 580 square feet of accessory <br />building space. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the reason for the excess size of the proposed building is to <br />store private-use vehicles, equipment and other personal property, some of which is currently <br />stored outside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />t 0.
