Counci {member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOT ASPHALT MIX PRODUCTION PLANT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT/40 , AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Tiller Corporation (the "Permittee") has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (thc "City") for a conditional use permit on the property generally known as 14100 Basalt Street N.
