Counci {member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF A HOT ASPHALT MIX PRODUCTION PLANT, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT/40 , AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tiller Corporation (the "Permittee") has properly applied to the City of <br />Ramsey (thc "City") for a conditional use permit on the property generally known as 14100 Basalt <br />Street N.
