Councihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08- A RES()I.UTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWlCK VILLAGE 2Nu ADDITION WHEREAS, A~ncon Construction, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approwd off Rivenwick Village 2"a Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: ()utlot I3, Rivenwick Village, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Sut.~jcct Property") WHEREAS, on July 11, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Amcon Ccmstruction for a plat to be named Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that'the ID¢~vclopcr proceed to the final plat stage; and WHERI,;AS, on August 11,2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition to the City: and WHEI{EAS, on August 23, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition; al,l( NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA ~...()UN I Y, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: '1 l'tal the Ramscy City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition in accordance with ;el(:vant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: i. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 19, 2005 5~.
