Before any further development, <br />please address the fi)llowing comments: <br /> <br />Traftic: <br /> / <br />· The TIt l 0 and Feldspar Street median opening is scheduled in Spring/Summer 2006 to <br /> beconie a three-quarter (3/4) intersection, meaning that drivers will not be able to make left <br /> turns from Feldspar Street on to westbound TH 10. For drivers to accomplish this maneuver, <br /> they will need to proceed northwest to the signal.at Rarnsey Boulevard. For questions on the <br /> abovc points, please call Nicole Rosen, Mn/DOT Metro Traffic Engineering, at (651) 634- <br /> 2145. <br /> <br />Water Resources Engineering: <br /> <br />The northwest boundary of the Slumberland property that borders on TH 10 includes an <br />unused driveway. This driveway and its culvert need to be removed with this development. <br />All drainage from the Slumberland property appears to flow away from TH 10 right of way. <br />Drainage is being directed into an existing City of Ramsey Storm sewer system that brings <br />storm water to a City pond and on to the Mississippi River. For questions on these points, <br />please call Brian Kelly, Mn/DOT Metro District Water Resources Engineering, at (651) 634- <br />2075. <br /> <br />Right ~f Way: <br /> <br />The site plan as presented includes a driveway onto TH 10 labeled "Possible Future Entrance <br />fi'om Future Frontage Road".
