City of Ramsey <br />Northeast/west Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Project <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />The Tinklenberg Group respectfully submits the following proposal to complete land acquisition <br />activities in a portion of the City of Ramsey for the implementation of the northwest sanitary <br />sewer and water main project. <br /> <br />The land acquisition portion of this project is likely the most critical to its overall success. The <br />Tinklenberg Group has worked with numerous property owners within the City of Ramsey, <br />specifically along Trunk Highway 10 and has experienced great success in reaching <br />understanding and cooperation with the parties involved. This project requires the ability to <br />develop relationships with individuals, and to maintain a consistent level of trust and <br />understanding in order to acquire the land needed to implement improvements. <br /> <br />Tasks <br /> <br />Property Negotiations <br /> <br />· Serve as a liaison between the City and individual property owners to negotiate <br /> purchase of required easements. <br />· Draft correspondence, mailings, etc. to each individual property owner relative to project <br /> information as necessary over the course of the project timeline. <br />· Contact each individual property owner via phone and set up meetings to discuss project <br /> needs, easement acquisition process, etc. <br />· Meet with individual property owners to review land acquisition needs, negotiations, <br /> easement acquisition process and complete all necessary paperwork. <br />· Communicate on a daily basis throughout land acquisition process with designated City <br /> representative to ensure project schedule and timing remain on track; address issues in <br /> a timely manner to avoid delays. <br />· Track and document all correspondence as a log sheet for records. <br />· Communicate with appropriate City and other consultant contacts as other issues/needs <br /> arise. <br /> <br />Other activities <br /> <br />· Preparation of documents, presentation materials, etc. as requested <br />· Regular communication and updates to staff. <br />· Attend meetings as required - public, city council, etc. <br />° Other duties as assigned by the principal contact. <br /> <br />The cost to complete these activities is $85,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
