The project will be financed through a special <br />assessment to the Mobile Home Park in accordance with City Code and Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired how this relates to the closed session meetings that have been held in <br />regards lo negotiations with the Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied it is public information that the Council has decided to either <br />move l'orward with purchasing the Mobile Home Park, or to install City sewer and water even if <br />thc park is not purchased. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt resolution 05-08- <br />259 to accept plans and specifications and order the advertising for bids for Improvement Project <br />02-40 Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Improvements to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile <br />I [omc Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
