Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for itsadoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-264 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE TROTT BROOK <br />CROSSING ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET <br />WHEREAS, on September 8, 2021, Sotarra (the "Applicant") provided the City a copy <br />of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410 requires projects of this size to completea <br />Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Applicant to develop an EAW in June 2022 <br />via Resolution 421-173; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has considered the draft EAWas <br />complete and authorized Staff and the Applicant to distribute the EAW under Minnesota Rules <br />Chapter 4410. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Trott Brook Crossing EAW for <br />distribution and public comment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Kuzma <br />Councilmember Woestehoff <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heineman <br />Councilmember Howell <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Specht <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
