<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No.2 to North Valley, Inc. of <br />Nowthen Minnesota for Improvement Project #21-02, Tiger Street Reconstruction, in the <br />total amount of $25,196.61. <br /> <br />2) The City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign and release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of October 26, 2021. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 26 day of October, 2021. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #21-293 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
