<br />RTL Construction $6,270.38 <br />Swanson & Youngdale $10,526.95 <br />Olympus Lockers & Storage $47,582.65 <br />American Drapery Systems Inc 902.28 <br />Midwest Lift Works $176,879.27 <br />Brothers Fire Protection $5,845.07 <br />Klamm Mechanical Contractors $64,290.27 <br />Wolf River Electric $124,730.50 <br />Northland Paving $168,491.97 <br />Stapf Concrete $4,967.55 <br />Peterson Companies $55,272.11 <br />RJM Construction $104,647.64 <br />Total $813,125.66 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)The City Council authorizes partial payment #13 to RJM Construction for disbursement <br />for Improvement Project #20-07, New Public Works Facility, in the amount of <br />$813,125.66. <br /> <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />from for payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of October 26th, 2021. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #21-297 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
