As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota to Harber Industries. On July 26, 2005, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance to authorize'.the sale. The ordinance is now ready for adoption.' <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt <br />Ordinance No. 05-19 author/zing the sale of Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />'Mayor Gamec: aye <br />Councilmember Cook: aye <br />Councilmember Elvig: / aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey: absent <br />Councilmember Otson: aye <br />Councilmember Pearson: aye <br />Councilmember Strommen: aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Determination of Need for Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for <br />Oakwood Land Development's Brookfield Addition; Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />P70 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated Oakwood Land Development has <br />submitted a subdivision plan to develop 156 acres located west of Nowthen Boulevard and south <br />of Trottbrook. The proposed development, Brookfield Addition, will contain approximately 235 <br />single family lots with a net density of 1.9 units per acre. The City Council has approved a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment request to change the subject property's land use designation <br />from Rural Developing to Low Density Residential. He explained based on the area of the <br />development site, a mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) is required under <br />State of Minnesota Rules. The City released a draft EAW on June 14, 2005 for comments by <br />governmental agencies and the public. The public comment period ended on July 20, 2005. <br />Under the State of Minnesota Rules.
