As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota to Harber Industries. On July 26, 2005, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance to authorize'.the sale. The proposed development, Brookfield Addition, will contain approximately 235 <br />single family lots with a net density of 1.9 units per acre. The City Council has approved a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment request to change the subject property's land use designation <br />from Rural Developing to Low Density Residential. He explained based on the area of the <br />development site, a mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) is required under <br />State of Minnesota Rules. The City released a draft EAW on June 14, 2005 for comments by <br />governmental agencies and the public. The public comment period ended on July 20, 2005. <br />Under the State of Minnesota Rules.
