The project will be financed through a special <br />assessment to the Mobile Home Park in accordance with City Code and Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429. / <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired how this relates to the closed session meetings that have been held in <br />regards to negotiations with the Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied it is public information that the Council has decided to either <br />move fi)rward with purchasing the Mobile Home Park, or to install City sewer and water even if <br />the park is not purchased.
