The project will be financed through a special <br />assessment to the Mobile Home Park in accordance with City Code and Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429. / <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired how this relates to the closed session meetings that have been held in <br />regards to negotiations with the Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied it is public information that the Council has decided to either <br />move fi)rward with purchasing the Mobile Home Park, or to install City sewer and water even if <br />the park is not purchased. ' <br /> <br />Mot/on by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt resolution 05-08- <br />259 to accept plans and specifications and order the advertising for bids for Improvement Project <br />02-40 Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Improvements to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile <br />Home Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberJeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Approval for an Expansion at Sunfish Express; Case of <br />Vanak, LLC, Frank Yamoutpour <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director/HKA Executive Director Frolik indicated that the <br />Council reviewed this site plan at the July 26, 2005 City Council meeting.
