Count ihnember XXXX introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #XXXXXXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #XXXXX RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FROM DAVID AND LYNETTE <br />RANDALL TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AT 7960 171sT LANE NW. <br /> <br />W'HEREAS, David and Lynette Randall, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," have <br />properly applied ~br a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the maximum allowable square footage <br />fi)r accessory structures on the property generally known as 7960 171st Lane, NW and legally <br />described as fbllows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, DELLWOOD HILLS <br /> (;~S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.I 1.02 of the Ramsey City Code on September 1, 2005, and that said public <br />hearing was properl~ advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That tim Subject Property is zoned R-I, residential and located outside the Metropolitan <br />Urban Service Area (MUSA). <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is approximately 2.3 acres in size. <br /> <br />That City Code restricts accessory structure space to a total of 2,064 square feet for parcels <br />2.3 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Applicant would like to construct a 1,200 square foot building and exceed the square <br />~botage restriction by a total of416 square 'feet. <br /> <br />That the accessory building will be used to store general lawn care machinery and plowing <br />equipment. <br /> <br />That the City received two letters from neighboring property owners in support of the <br />applicant's request. <br /> <br />'Fhat the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> <br />
