Absent: Commissioners Brauer and Watson. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called a brief recess at 9.'33 p.m. The meeting was resumed at 9.'40 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #5 <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Oversized <br />Accessory Building; Case of Keith Schmidt <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik advised that the City has received a request <br />for a conditional use permit for an oversized accessory building located at 8100 151st Lane NW. <br />She indicated that the pr/oposed building would be 1,760 square feet in size, and combined with <br />the existing attached garage, the applicant would have 2,244 square feet in accessory building <br />space. She noted this results in an overage of 580 square feet. <br /> <br />She indicated that Staff is recommending approval. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt opened the public hearing at 9:41 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no citizen comments. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson to close the public hearing at <br />9:41 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied.
