<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-307 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />NDTH <br />PROJECT #22-06, WOOD POND HILLS 2 - 5 STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />ndrdth <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Wood Pond Hills 2, 3, 4 <br />th <br />and 5 Subdivisions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-194, adopted July 13, <br />2021, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for Topographic Survey, <br />Geotechnical Evaluations and Utility Testing for proposed 2022 Pavement Management Program <br />projects, including IP 22-06; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-224, adopted August <br />th <br />8, 2021, the City Council awarded a proposal to Hakanson Anderson for Topographic Survey, <br />and Haugo Geotechnical Services for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-240 adopted August 24, <br />2021, the City Council awarded a proposal to Hydro-Klean, LLC for cleaning and televising the <br />sanitary and storm sewer, and Water Conservation Services, Inc. for watermain leak testing of <br />the project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />City staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey, Geotechnical <br />Evaluations and Utility Testing, Sewer Televising and Water Leak Testing and has the capacity <br />ndth <br />to prepare plans and specifications for improvement project #22-06, Wood Pond Hills 2 - 5 <br />Street Reconstructions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />ndth <br />specifications for improvement project #22-06, Wood Pond Hills 2 - 5 Street <br />Reconstructions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br />
