<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-346 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OUTLOT C OF RIVERSTONE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Riverstone development has preliminary and final plat approvals for all <br />of Riverstone, including Additions 1 – 5 (inclusive); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS they have requested the City accept the deed, and take ownership of the <br />following parcel: <br /> <br />Outlot C, Riverstone, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS Outlot C, Riverstone is Pearson Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS acceptance of the deed of the outlot means the City will own said property, <br />Outlot C, which has maintenance spelled out in a separate maintenance agreement (“Park <br />Maintenance Agreement Riverstone”). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby accepts Outlot C of the Riverstone development, contingent <br />upon the following conditions: <br /> <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. The City Council gives the City the ability to execute said deed. <br />2. The Applicant shall record said deed with Anoka County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
