Cotmcihncmber Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-227 <br /> <br />R ES O l J UTI ON OI/D ERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 (SANITARY SEWER <br />WATERMAIN AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE <br />ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK) AND CALLING FOR THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WI 1E REAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 12, 2005, a revised <br />feasibility study for hnprovement Project #02-40 Sanitary Sewer Watermain and Storm Sewer <br />i tnprovcmcnt to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, <br />City Enginccr; and <br /> <br />WilEI~tEAS, a resolution of City Council adopted on July 12, 2005 fixed a date for a council <br />hearing t)n thc proposed improvement; and <br /> <br />WI! EI~tEAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and thc public hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of July, 2005, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) That thc improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> t-casibility study report. <br /> <br />2) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution. <br /> <br />3) That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> <br />4) That tiao cngineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvcmcnt. <br /> <br />ri'ho motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilrnember <br />Olson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councihnember Olson <br />Councihnember Elvig <br />(;ouncilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />C, ouncihnen~ber Strommen <br /> <br />and thc I¥11owing voted against the same: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-227 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
