City Planner Anderson introduced the new Community Development Director/Deputy City <br />Administrator Brian Hagen. <br />Community Development Director/Deputy City Administrator Hagen introduced himself to the <br />Board. <br />City Planner Anderson provided an update on the successful fall recycling event which was held <br />at the new Public Works Facility. <br />7.
