FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Department conducted the monthly officers meeting on Tuesday, January 2, <br />200 I, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />OFFICERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Chief Kapler <br />Assistant Chief Hoxter <br />Officer Lemm <br />Officer Sharp <br />Officer Lewandowski <br />Officer Streich <br />Officer Weiss <br /> <br />(;ALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chief Kapler called the officers meeting' of the Ramsey Fire Department to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />Additions to the agenda are Inventory List, Station Personnel, Discuss Company A & B <br />Changes, Set a Schedule for 2001 Officers Meetings. <br /> <br />The next officer's meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 4, 2001, 6:00 p.m. At this meeting <br />it will bc discussed if the Officers meeting should be held on Sunday every other month. <br /> <br />Duty officers for January are Assistant Chiefs Hoxter and Simpson and Officer Weiss. <br /> <br />200l OFFICER SELECTIONS <br /> <br />Officer selections for 2001 are; Assistant Chiefs, Tom Hoxter and Bob Simpson; Captains, <br />Jim Sharp and Chris Weiss; Lieutenants, Dave Lewandowski and Jerry Streich. <br /> <br />OFFICERS MEETING <br /> <br />A TMt),5'PIIERE <br /> <br />· This is our meeting not the Chief's meeting and should be as productive as possible. <br /> <br />· Keep it open so everyone can speak up and be part of the discussion. <br /> <br />· Everyone should be given the opportunity to be heard without interruption. Input should be <br /> given at the meeting, not after. <br /> <br />· Confidential information should remain so. <br /> <br />· Information is brought here in rough draft form and should remain in the group until ready to <br /> present it to the whole group. <br /> <br /> <br />
