BUDGET 2000 AND 2001 <br /> <br />Capital expenditures for 2001 are boat and motor, hand held radio and hose. <br /> <br />A budget workshop will have to be held for 2002. A budget needs to be completed by May. <br />Think of Department needs for the workshop. Some items mentioned were a grass rig, utility <br />vehicle and thermal imaging. <br /> <br />INVENTORY <br /> <br />Inventory of supplies will be done January 31~t during Major Maintenance. <br />the Department to plan supply needs for Station #2. ~J ~ <br /> <br />This will enable <br /> <br />· SCBA parts will be kept at Station #1 only, which will make it easier to inventory. Each <br /> station will have its own medical supply inventory. <br /> <br />· A new set of tools and toolbox will be purchased for Station #2 and the toolbox for Station <br /> #1 will be replenished. Officers will have the keys for the toolboxes. <br /> <br />END OF YEAR INTERVIEWS <br /> <br />Firefighters like the hands on training and would like more of them as well as more incident <br />scenarios. <br /> <br />Firefighters do not want to lose the group camaraderie with two stations. <br /> <br />REVIEW OF SOG'S <br /> <br />· The SOG's will be discussed and reviewed at the February 2001 officers meeting. <br /> <br />MONTItLY REPORTS <br /> <br />TIOIINING <br /> <br />Officer Lemm reviewed the Training report. <br /> <br />Mandatory training classes are SCBA Fit and CPR Refresher rotated, Haz mat - Right to <br />Know (which is a fire training), Agility Testing and SCBA Trailer rotated, Defensive <br />Driving, Pump Refresher and Testing, Defibrillator Refresher and Blood Borne Pathogens. <br /> <br />Taping of the mandatory training would be'.nice for those who are unable to attend.
