Parts have been installed in the cascade system and it is in service, doing a complete fill in 7 <br />lninutcs. <br /> <br />Rescue #2 cascade system is up and running. <br /> <br />INCIDENT REPORT <br /> <br />Assistant Chief Hoxter reviewed the Incident Report. <br /> <br />In October there were 25 calls, 8 were rescue, of which 0 was CO and 17 were fire. There <br />were 10 day calls, 8 night calls and 7 weekend calls. There was 1 Mutual Aid call. There was <br />no dollar damage reported. <br /> <br />Year to date there has been 248 calls, 72 were rescue of which 5 were CO and 176 were fire. <br />Thc,'c were 12 Mutual Aid calls. Total dollar damage is approximately $916,000. <br /> <br />Whcn filling out incident reports firefighters should use the date format 11-14-01 and list the <br />2800 number first and the Ramsey number second. <br /> <br />I)o not use red ink when filling out incident reports, it does not copy. <br /> <br />It is VERY IMPORTANT when filling out the back of the incident report that firefighters <br />are as detailed as possible. For future reference it is necessary to know what takes place on a <br />call. <br /> <br />STATION CLEANUP <br /> <br />· Fircfighter Dahlberg's group has station cleanup this month. They have completed it and all <br /> members of thc group attended. <br /> <br />· l:irclighter Lecy's group has station cleanup in December. <br /> <br />· Thc station that has drills for the month is the station that should get cleaned. <br /> <br />SAFETY CONCERNS <br /> <br /> }:irctighter Gnerre brought in samples of dust masks and the Department will get a supply. <br />· Thcrc is a supply of safety glasses at the stations. <br /> <br />· Chicl' Kaplcr and Assistant Chiefs Hoxter and Simpson will attend a Biological Weapons <br /> Seminar Saturday, November 17~h. <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT/NOVEMBER 14, 2001 <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
