A be~erjob <br /> of cleaning after calls will need to be done. <br /> <br /> For now the Department will continue filling out the paper copy of repo~s. Chiefs may <br /> switch off months of entering state repo~s. Eventually with a cheat sheet (so all would enter <br /> thc same way) it will be possible to be done after each call. <br /> <br /> Thc officer signing the run repo~s should include who the duty officer was at the call. <br /> <br /> Officers may use minor purchase orders up to $250. Major purchase orders should be seen <br /> and signed by Chief Kapler with the only exception being purchase orders for the vehicles. <br /> <br />- Fuel slips need the 500 series vehicle number on them, signed by the firefighter filling the <br /> truck and then the Assistant Chiefs will sign on the back. <br /> <br /> Turnout gear should be checked periodically. <br /> <br /> Officer Weiss will be responsible for vehicle maintenance on all vehicles. Ladders will be <br /> chock cd at M~jor Maintenance Night. <br /> <br /> Year to date budget information will be presented at each officer's meeting.
