A be~erjob of cleaning after calls will need to be done. For now the Department will continue filling out the paper copy of repo~s. Chiefs may switch off months of entering state repo~s. Eventually with a cheat sheet (so all would enter thc same way) it will be possible to be done after each call. Thc officer signing the run repo~s should include who the duty officer was at the call. Officers may use minor purchase orders up to $250. Major purchase orders should be seen and signed by Chief Kapler with the only exception being purchase orders for the vehicles. - Fuel slips need the 500 series vehicle number on them, signed by the firefighter filling the truck and then the Assistant Chiefs will sign on the back. Turnout gear should be checked periodically. Officer Weiss will be responsible for vehicle maintenance on all vehicles. Ladders will be chock cd at M~jor Maintenance Night. Year to date budget information will be presented at each officer's meeting. Officers will need to keep track of their expenditures.
