Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-299 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#22-01, SUNWOOD DRIVE AND WACO STREET RECONSTRUCTION. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Sunwood Drive between Trunk <br />Highway 47 and Waco Street, and Waco Street between Sunwood Drive and 150th Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-194, adopted July 13, 2021, the <br />City Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for Topographic Survey, Geotechnical <br />Evaluations and Utility Testing for proposed 2022 Pavement Management Program projects, including IP <br />22-01; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-224, adopted August 8th, 2021, <br />the City Council awarded a proposal to Hakanson Anderson for Topographic Survey, and Haugo <br />Geotechnical Services for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-240 adopted August 24, 2021, the <br />City Council awarded a proposal to Hydro-Klean, LLC for cleaning and televising the sanitary and storm <br />sewer, and Water Conservation Services, Inc. for watermain leak testing of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey, Geotechnical <br />Evaluations and Utility Testing, Sewer Televising and Water Leak Testing and has the capacity to prepare <br />plans and specifications for improvement project #22-01, Sunwood Drive and Waco Street <br />Reconstruction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />improvement project #22-01, Sunwood Drive and Waco Street Reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
