He agreed that every property tax is different so it is not quite as clean as it would be with a <br />franchise fee. <br />Councilmember Heineman clarified the Council was asking Finance Director Lund to troubleshoot <br />a few mechanisms to see what it looks like and bring forward potential options. <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked for staff input on continued reductions for additional savings. <br />She added that having the CIP would be helpful for knowing planned expenses for projects. <br />City Administrator Ulrich answered that staff is following the Council's direction to make the <br />budget as lean as possible while still achieving the goals they have. <br />4.
