CONSENT AGENDA <br />5.01: Approve the July 22, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />5.02: Adopt Resolution #21-232 Approving G-Will Liquors Site Plan (Project 21-127) <br />5.03: Consider Setback Requirements for Accessory Structures <br />City Planner Anderson noted that the information provided from Commissioner VanScoy to staff <br />prior to the meeting will be reflected in the minutes. <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to approve the consent <br />agenda as presented. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Commissioner Anderson aye <br />Commissioner VanScoy aye <br />Commissioner Gengler aye <br />Commissioner Walker aye <br />Commissioner Peters aye <br />Chairperson Bauer aye <br />Motion Carried. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />6.01: Public Hearing: Consider Request for a Variance to Utilize an Alternative Tree <br />Inventory Technique for Trott Brook North (Project No. 21-130); Case of Sotarra <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />City Planner Anderson presented the staff report stating that the Environmental Policy Board <br />supported the request to utilize the FRP technique within the planted areas due to the unique <br />characteristics of these stands of trees (similar ages, sizes, species). <br />Commissioner Walker asked if the area shaded in green is the Peterson property and whether this <br />is part of the Christmas tree farm. <br />Planning Commission/ August 26, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 26 <br />
