CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Discussion Regarding Union Contract Negotiations for AFSCME and LELS-Patrol <br />(Portions Closed to the Public) <br />City Administrator Ulrich gave an update on the union negotiations stating first in public that the <br />AFSCME Union has accepted the City's last offer. It will be brought to the next meeting for the <br />Council's approval. <br />City Administrator Ulrich recommended discussion of the LELS-Patrol contracts be done in <br />Closed Session. <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to recess to <br />Closed Session at 5:32 p.m. <br />Motion carried.
