Wolf River Electric <br />$21,534.79 <br />Minnesota Utilities & Excavating <br />$5,627.80 <br />Northland Paving <br />$1,618.80 <br />RJM Construction <br />$51,973.70 <br />Total <br />$155,453.65 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council authorizes partial payment #14 to RJM Construction for disbursement <br />for Improvement Project #20-07, New Public Works Facility, in the amount of <br />$155,453.65. <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />from for payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November 23rd, 2021. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this resolution. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of November, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #21-320 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
