SA FETV CONCERNS <br /> <br />· Thc walkway areas in the bay need to be kept clear. If a new water tower is built, it will help <br /> with storage. <br /> <br />· With frost possible, it is a reminder to start practicing winter driving. <br /> <br />AERIAl, LADDER TRUCK UPDATE <br /> <br />· The truck is back at General for punch list items to be completed. Some of the items on the <br /> list include graphics, adjust the transmission, install correct SCBA clips, and some upholstery <br /> issues. <br /> <br />· General training is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8th, 8 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 10 <br /> p.m. Alt firefighters will attend this training, and then a small group will be chosen to have <br /> additional training on operating the truck. <br /> <br />· The Department will have the truck available for people to view before the City Council <br /> meeting October 14th. QCTV will also be there. <br /> <br />· Thank you to all who were involved in the project. <br /> <br />· Air needs to be hooked up on the platform. The hose will be 6 or 7 feet long.
