The departments included in this program are Andover, Ham Lake, Oak <br /> Grove and Ramsey. Elk River will be asked to participate. <br /> <br />· With automatic day mutual aid, ISO points should be received. <br /> <br />NEW RADIO SYSTEM <br /> <br />· Officers discussed what radios to purchase for the new Anoka County 800 megahertz system. <br /> <br /> It was decided at this time Engines #1 and #2 and the Ladder Track will have a mobile, 3 low <br /> end and 1 mid radios; The tankers, rescue tracks and grass tracks will each have 1 low end <br /> radio. The chiefs will have an upper end radio, the captains will share a mid radio, the <br /> lieutenants will share a mid radio and the duty officer will have a mid radio. <br /> <br />- As final figures are determined the radio purchase and distribution could change. <br /> <br />ISO UPDATE <br /> <br />· Officer Streich sent the information required for an ISO evaluation. The Department should <br /> be granted an evaluation. <br /> <br />· Officers determined staffing on the first unit out should be four. This is a policy guideline <br /> and it can be flexible. <br /> <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER UPDATE <br /> <br />· Bids fbr the street work will be opened Monday if State and County approvals come in. <br /> <br />o A site plan has been submitted for the southwest comer.
