SAFETY CONCERNS

· The I'AR system needs to be done.

· An informational sheet on Anthrax issues was passed out.

At the next business meeting copies of the fire fighters driver's license will be taken for a
random license and insurance check on a third of the department.

TICKETING/ILLEGAL BURNING

The officers group is allowed to write tickets for illegal bums. However, there has to be
consistency established within the group. The officers see no real positives in carrying
around a ticket book. The police often mail tickets out after the fact and this could be done
after checking the illegal bum log.

GRASS FIRE PREPARATION

· Grass fire prep will be done on March 24th.

· Grass One has water.

· Two backpacks need to be purchased this year.
