PERSONNEL/STAFF ISSUES

· The process for a new Assistant Chief or Station Chief for Station #2 will be started.

Discussion ensued regarding the maintenance of both stations. Should the current officer
positions maintain both stations, or should each station have it's own personnel for
maintenance. The decision was made to have the current officers maintain both stations.

BUDGET 2000 UPDATE

Thc officers discussed the 2000 budget.

BANQUET SITE

· The Department would like the banquet to be held in Ramsey.

Officer Sharp will check with The Links at Northfork and Asst.
