Opticon heads were switched on Engine One and Tanker Two, Engine One now works and <br />the other was sent in for repair. There is a possible alignment problem East & West on <br />Armstrong Boulevard, the Department will ask MnDOT for their assistance on this matter. <br /> <br />The carburetor from Grass Two is in for repair. <br /> <br />The VCR is at Protronics for repair. <br /> <br />Four new collapsible pump packs are in, however they will not be put into service until the <br />new holders are complete. <br /> <br />RADIO,STPAGERS/TURNOUT GEAR <br /> <br />Officer Sharp reviewed the Radios/Pagers/Turnout Gear report. <br /> <br /> Four pagers were sent out for repair. <br /> <br /> The cost of blue lettering for the fire station would be $450, which includes mounting <br /> hardware, but not installation. <br /> <br />· Two flashlights and helmet lettering have been ordered. <br /> <br /> New turnout gear has been ordered. <br /> <br /> Officer Sharp is working on getting the nameplates engraved for the photos. <br /> <br /> If you need something please write it down for Officer Sharp. <br /> <br />MEDICAL/SCBA <br /> <br />Officer Weiss reviewed the Medical/SCBA report. <br /> <br />· I)efibrillator was inspected and the battery changed. <br /> <br />· Oxygen kit masks have been replaced. <br /> <br />· Allina replaced supplies used at the July 24th accident. <br /> <br /> Received new defibrillator electrodes. <br /> <br /> Received new SCBA filters for compressors. <br /> <br /> There is one bad SCBA. <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT/AUGUST 11, 1999 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
